What happens on the first call

You describe the business, the team, and where the time goes. I ask what AI tools you already pay for and what you've tried. If there is a clear first step, I say what it is and roughly what it costs. If AI isn't worth your money right now, I say that too. Within two business days you get a short written note of what we covered.

What to bring

  • A rough idea of which tasks eat the most time
  • Which AI tools, if any, your team already has
  • Any rules you already have about what data can leave the building
  • Nothing else. No slides, no documents.
