Who we are
These terms govern your use of shawnsimonconsulting.com and any consulting services or products provided by Shawn Simon Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”), a limited liability company.
Consulting services
Consulting engagements are defined in a written proposal agreed before work begins. Scope, fees, and schedule are stated in that proposal. Work is performed on the terms of the proposal and billed by invoice, payable as the proposal specifies.
Products
Our software products are provided under their own product terms, presented within each product. This website does not sell or provide access to those products directly; it describes them.
Subscriptions and billing
Some products are offered on a subscription (recurring) basis or via prepaid usage credits, purchased through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the paid period. We may change plan pricing with advance notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it.
Intellectual property
The content of this website is owned by us. Ownership of deliverables produced during a consulting engagement is assigned or licensed to the client as stated in that engagement’s proposal.
Warranties and liability
This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
