The racquet-sports building boom has a procurement problem: a club resurfacing four courts or outfitting a pro shop has no clean way to find vetted vendors and compare offers. SOURCE fixes the shape of the transaction itself. Operators — clubs and facilities — pass an identity gate and browse free. Brands pay a subscription to list and to receive RFQs. The core object is the spec: an operator writes their requirement once and issues it to many brands; the brands respond in a comparable format; deals close wherever deals close.
Under the hood it's a .NET 8 API with a React front end on Azure SQL, one login serving two portals with three roles, Stripe subscriptions with webhooks as the single source of payment truth, and server-side enforcement of every gate — an operator's access is earned by verification, never assumed from a request. The platform is live; billing runs in Stripe's verification-safe mode while the payments business completes its own onboarding.
